About These Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Atlas Systems ([email protected], 116 Pall Mall, London, UK). By purchasing or continuing to use any Atlas Systems service, you agree to these terms.
Services
Atlas Systems provides a monthly marketing system for home service and trades businesses in the UK. The core service includes a business website, an automated review collection system to generate Google reviews, and automated follow-up tools to engage incoming leads and missed calls. Additional services including paid advertising management, social media management, and CRM or website customisation may be provided where agreed at onboarding.
Payment
Services are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise agreed. Payment is taken automatically via the card or payment method provided at sign-up. By providing your payment details you authorise Atlas Systems to charge your payment method for the agreed monthly fee on a recurring basis until the service is cancelled.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel services at any time by providing 30 days written notice via email to [email protected]. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of any fees already billed or collected in the current billing period. Access to any Atlas Systems managed accounts, tools, or platforms may be transferred or removed upon completion of the notice period.
Refund Policy
Atlas Systems does not offer refunds on monthly service fees that have already been billed and collected. This applies regardless of whether the full month of service has been used. In exceptional circumstances Atlas Systems reserves the right to issue a refund or partial refund at its sole discretion. Results and Performance
Atlas Systems provides its marketing system on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to Google review volume, leads generated, call bookings, website traffic, or revenue. Results are subject to factors outside our control including Google algorithm changes, market conditions, client responsiveness, and the volume of incoming enquiries.
Intellectual Property
Any creative assets, copy, or materials produced by Atlas Systems on behalf of a client remain the property of Atlas Systems until all outstanding fees have been settled in full. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
Atlas Systems total liability to any client in connection with services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim. Atlas Systems is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages arising from the use of our services.
SMS and Messaging Services
Where Atlas Systems provides or manages A2P SMS messaging services on behalf of clients, the following applies. Message frequency will vary based on service activity and client preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. To opt out of SMS communications reply STOP to any message at any time. Atlas Systems does not guarantee message delivery and is not liable for delays or failures caused by network or carrier issues. All messaging activity must comply with applicable telecommunications and privacy laws.
Privacy
Atlas Systems collects and processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data collected in connection with service delivery is used solely for that purpose and is not sold to third parties. For any data-related queries please contact [email protected].
Changes to These Terms
Atlas Systems reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
